This patient had a Class II bite and an 11 millimeter overjet. Upper first bicuspids were removed to help make room to get the upper incisors back into his mouth. The lower left first molar was surgically lifted up to help close the open bite.

This patient had a 9 millimeter over jet that was treated with removing upper first bicuspids and a lower central incisor. A headgear was used to keep the molars from coming forward as the spaces for the first bicuspids were closed.

This patient had a deep bite and excessive overjet which was treated by removing upper first bicuspids.

This patient had a constricted maxilla that was treated with a split-plate (RPE) to widen the whole maxilla. The total treatment time was 17 Months which included time for the spit-plate.
