The maxillary midline on this patient has shifted to the right about 2 mm into the upper right cuspid space. Ultimately, it will be necessary to use interarch elastics to get the bite straightened up. For this reason, it was important to get braces on to all the teeth so that we did not have a problem keeping everything in alignment. This saved a lot of time and the patient was happy.
