This patient had a Class II bite with a bimaxillary protrusion and this gave us two problems. The first problem was the incisors in both arches needed to be moved lingually and the second problem was to correct the class II bite in the buccal segments.
Both Problems were solved by taking teeth out in the buccal segments asymmetrically.
